"Conservative" Campaigns run on: Small Government and Low Taxes Yet EVERY time they win, they do the opposite. EVERY TIME. At least President Reagan had a reason to triple the Debt: he spent more than the U.S.S.R. and they ran out of money trying to keep up. The Cold war ended in an expensive shopping spree contest and the U.S.S.R.'s Communism couldn't keep up with Consumerism.
